(Konami has uploaded the new controls to its website.) ![]() Dash is now on R2 instead of R1 - as it is in FIFA - and L2 when defending makes the selected player press. Don't expect to carry over data from the test to the official launch version. There's cross-gen play between PS4 and PS5, and between Xbox One and Xbox Series X and S. The demo only has a limited number of teams available to play (Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Barcelona), each with a squad of 22 players. As Konami announced last year, it decided to switch game engines to Unreal for PES 2022 on next-gen. It's worth noting this demo is built in Unreal Engine. Konami warned players to expect errors, such as crashes. All aspects of the game, including gameplay mechanics, balancing, animations and graphics are all under development, Konami stressed, and have already been improved and will continue to be improved before the official launch. In a note to Eurogamer issued this morning, Konami said this demo is only a limited test version of the next PES, and its purpose is to check the quality of online matchmaking and connection to servers. There is no mention of it on PES' official social media channels, either. ![]() Compare your graphics card to the eFootball PES 2020 GPU benchmark chart and we also have an eFootball PES 2020 Frames Per Second system performance chart for you to check.Konami did not announce this demo, which is odd. The GTX 670 at the minimum spec should play PES 2020 with ease so, if you've got a weaker graphics card or processor, there is an eFootball PES 2020 demo on Steam which you can download for free to test.Īs ever, remember you can always check out how well your PC can run the eFootball PES 2020 System Requirements here, where you can check benchmarking and performance from other users. We think you can get playable frame rates with a lower-end CPU and a lower-end graphics card. With all that in mind, we still think Konami is massively over-estimating the hardware required to run PES 20. If you could get 120fps on 1080p in PES 2019, you're going to be getting near that in eFootball PES 2020. We expect Pro Evo 2020 to run pretty much exactly the same as PES 2019. ![]() Suffice to say, long-time PES fans can almost be assured of the performance they can expect from PES 2020. eFootball PES 2020's PC system specs are identical to Pro Evo 2019 aside from one thing - the install size has risen from 30GB up to 40GB. I'm sure Konami will suggest plenty has changed under the hood, but when you're faced with a near-identical set of system specs it definitely raises an eyebrow. To be honest, it looks as if the biggest change for PES this year is the name change from Pro Evolution Soccer to eFootball PES 2020.
![]() The high-res screen with a 120Hz refresh rate makes for a lovely-looking display. More broadly, Intel's latest 11th-gen Core i5 and i7 processors give this tablet super-fast performance. The 5MP front-facing camera, meanwhile, offers 1080p Full HD video and does a good job of making video calls in less-than-perfect light, thanks to its Ambient Color Sensor. Photography-wise, you get a 10MP rear-facing autofocus camera with 1080p HD and 4K video, that offers clean and clear images, and an impressive amount of detail. On the other side of the equation, we’re still waiting for Windows 11 to be able to run Android apps. The Surface Pro 8, though, runs full-blooded Windows, so you get a proper PC experience rather than just running mobile apps. Sure, you can do that with an iPad as well, but you’ll still be using iOS software. That’s because it’s really designed to be teamed with a clip-on keyboard (sold separately), making it easy to swap between using it as a tablet and a hybrid laptop. Launched in October 2022, Surface Pro 8 is Microsoft’s main rival to the iPad, although it offers quite a different experience overall. You tap the shutter once and move around a bit for up to 10 seconds, and you'll get a variety of stills with different styles, angles, and formats created automatically. The 8MP front-facing camera also provides a first-rate experience for video calls and selfies. There’s also a great Single Take mode, too. It’s a great choice for photography, with its 13MP wide and 5MP ultrawide cameras giving you gorgeous, vivid colors, especially when teamed with the Panorama, Night, and Live Focus modes. The 12.4in Super AMOLED screen, with its 120Hz refresh rate, is a joy to behold, and the S Pen stylus is a close match for the sensitivity of the Apple Pencil 2. The S7+'s Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus processor is a fast performer, and its impressive 10,090mAh battery saves you from having to plug it in for hours on end. But it's still a premium tablet indeed, and if you can save a bit of money on the S8 Ultra, it's still worth considering. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ was released in August 2020, and has now been eclipsed by the newer Galaxy tablet, featured above. Still have to SSH in if you want to make a backup of your docroot or /etc.Ģ) No refresh button. ![]() Some other issues I’ve noticed in testing:ġ) Zipping a folder through the Finder is intolerably slow as it seems to download everything before it even puts up the progress bar, then re-uploads as it goes. I realize that might not be possible, but it’s what I want nonetheless. ![]() Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.I know that I can make the Finder show all the hidden files, but I don’t want to see every single one, just those that are on the SFTP mount. By uninstalling ExpanDrive using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC. All the items of ExpanDrive that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. After uninstalling ExpanDrive, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall ExpanDrive. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. A window asking you to confirm will show up.
They've consistently released solid updates and incorporated plenty of good new content to their game, some original, and some from the community itself, giving recognition to the community members who contribute. Then they hired more people to work on and eventually release Albion Prelude. They ended up hiring several of the Xtended mod team to work on Terran Conflict. They are very active in their community, spend a lot of time pouring through the user created content and actively support content that is well polished and fits the game. What's so great about these Egosoft guys?Įgosoft as a company is great. Since it is such a large game, there can be a rather steep learning curve, but if you persevere, you can have one of the most amazing experiences in gaming. ![]() It's a very large game with a very large scale. ![]() There are even AI corporations in Terran Conflict that will actively compete. The economy is very alive, and will carry on without you. You can automate massive trading fleets to earn you money while you're off fighting the good fight. You can ship goods between stations, or even build your own stations and manufacture goods. The trading in this game is very involved. If you're good, you can even force pilots to eject, and you can also forcibly board larger ships to steal them for yourself. Combat can be as small as you in a light fighter dog-fighting a single opponent, to your fleet of battleships and carriers deploying wings of fighters and frigates into massive frays of cannons and missiles flying everywhere. If you see a ship in this game, with very few exceptions, you can purchase, command, and fly that ship - including the largest of battleships. If you're oldschool, you can think of it as Elite for this generation. The scale of your ships, the size of your fleets, and the empires you create are on roughly the same scale as EvE. Some people liken it to EvE Online the single player version. The space flight feels more like a flight sim, the trading is much more detailed. If you could think about it in comparison with other games, think of it like Freelancer, only much more detailed on every level. Albion Prelude 3.0, Shady Business, came out 5/2013, which adds several new plots to the initially barebones expansion. OOS combat has been re-balanced, bringing it more in line with in-sector combat. ![]() Missiles have been completely re-done and are now worth using and capital ship hull strength has been massively increased. Albion Prelude is an add-on to X3: Terran conflict and includes several new ships, missions, stations, sectors, and plotlines as well as a stock market and a variety of balance changes. ![]() X3: Albion Prelude (X3:AP) is fifth edition of the long running PC sandbox space trading and combat simulator from German developer Egosoft. If you're looking to come back to and/or try this series, now is a great time. Only get the X3: Gold bundle unless you've already finished X3:AP and X3:TC and are needing more. X3:AP is a much smoother experience than either of them, and the most smooth experience in the X3 universe yet. AP 3.0 contains all the content of Terran Conflict with the exception of the main plot, just as Terran Conflict contained all of Reunion. Only play X3:TC if you want to experience the main, mediocre plot. As of Albion Prelude 3.0, it's recommended that you play only X3:AP and bypass X3:TC completely. ![]() Featuring three drum pads, two raised cymbals and a bass kick pedal, the drum controller combines larger and quieter, velocity-sensitive drum heads with soft rubber construction to deliver authentic bounce back and is easy to set up, move, break down and store. Budding rock stars are also given creative license to fully customize everything from their characters’ appearance and instruments to their band’s logo and album covers. Additionally, the game offers significantly more localized downloadable music than ever before on all of the next-generation consoles. ![]() The game features a slick newly redesigned guitar, a genuine electronic drum kit and a microphone, as well as an innovative Music Studio music creator that lets players compose, record, edit and share their own rock and roll anthems, along with online Band Career and 8-player "Battle of the Bands." Guitar Hero World Tour is comprised entirely of master recordings from some of the greatest classic and modern rock bands of all-time including Ozzy Osbourne, Van Halen, Linkin Park, The Eagles, Sublime and many more. The game features a slick newly redesigned guitar, a genuine electronic drum kit and Guitar Hero World Tour marries Guitar Hero's guitar gameplay, with a cooperative band experience that combines the most advanced wireless instruments with revolutionary new online and offline gameplay modes.
